The World as I See It

 

My observation is that the world is moving too fast for many people to adjust to the change.  It is retarding their ability to compute what is happening around them.  They listen to the broadcast stations feeding them manure.  They soak up this shit. They watch until late at night and in the morning, they start all over.  It fills their brains, washing with sewer water each cell until they are brainless followers. Willing to part with any family member that does not believe as they and the media that they follow believe. The truth is altered to conform to that Medias views and what will serve the media and their financial supports best.

It fosters hate and is creating an atmosphere of division amount the populist.  Divide and conquer is their idea.

Guns.  Handguns, rifles, shotguns, assault rifles and whatever people can get their hands on. As a believer that if you want a gun, you should be responsible and sane.  The National Rifle Association was at one time a responsible organization.  It fostered safe use of rifles and shotguns.  Now it is a harbor for lunatics.  They answer is every gun problem is more guns. And morons still support these clowns.  Oh I understand that they have to bow to the gun manufactures that throw huge sums of money at them. Without these manufactures how they live the lifestyle that they have become use to.

Cut the shit and stop allowing every dick, tom and harry sane or not to have a gun.

I feel that my life is being sucked out of me.  Every event that occurs around me has an affect either negative or positive.  Some people think that it should roll off my back, but it is internalized creating tension and stress.  The result central Europe trip took a toll.  Stress was high. Packing every other day. Making the train. Not knowing where in the cities we were.  The smart phone was left in the room. The stress of getting out the room and the last bathroom stop were contributing factors.  It was a poorly planned trip, plagued by miss happens.  Cancelled flights, long lines, delayed tours and long walking tours.  Stupid moves by me, leaving the tour tickets in the hotel room and walking a hundred miles to the tour stop.

Next.  Today someone posted a hate filled Facebook post.  That Jane Fonda supports Hillary for President.  One turd called Jane Fonda and I quote “Communist Traitor Bitch! “  I am assuming because she was opposed to the Vietnam War or Conflict.  I pointed out that he is currently supporting communist regimes now by buying products made in China and Vietnam.  I have not seen a response.  He may be lost in his closet searching for Made in America clothing.  Or he may be glued to Fox (lies) News. Having his brains sucked out.

CMEs are in the news.  NASA reports that solar blasts are hitting the earth.  Solar lights will be seen as far south as North Carolina.  Great for viewing, but bad for earth.  As of today I have not seen any adverse effects.

Oxypower-My Exercise Secret

Exercise is a necessary part of a healthy lifestyle.  Finding time to work out with today’s busy work schedule can be difficult.  So I want to make most of the time that I spend during my workout routine and be as productive as possible.  I like an edge and I found a supplement that maximizes the time I have in the gym.

Gunman in the Room

Imagine sitting in a restaurant, chatting with friends or enjoying a romantic evening with a date or your spouse. Surrounding you is quiet conversation. Then somewhere in the room comes the cascade of shouts. This is followed closely by the gunfire, a distinctive high pitched crack like firecrackers. Screams pierce the hushed quiet. People begin a panicked rush toward any exit available. The room erupts into chaos. How can you protect your date, wife or friends?
There are few things more terrorizing than being trapped in a room with a gunman on a rampage. There is no reasoning with this person. They are committed to a plan of action, knowing that plan can only lead to their death or a lifetime in prison.
Recent news stories prompted me to write this article. Recent attacks by lone gunmen appear to be more prevalent at this time. Hopefully these tips will help in the unlikely event that you find yourself cornered by one of these crazies.
Tip One: When I first began dating my fiancée, she wondered why I insisted that I sit facing the door at restaurants. The most observant member of the party should face the door. By keeping an eye on the comings and goings of the crowd, that member can detect someone that is out of place or acting erratic. This can give your group an advantage in escaping the carnage.
Tip Two: As you are led to your seat, look around to locate any and all exits from the room. An exit may be the kitchen or a hallway leading to an exterior door. If you are on the first or even the second floor, look for windows to smash and jump from the room. A broken leg or arm beats a bullet anytime.
Tip Three: Once you are committed to an escape route, keep moving and stay low. A moving target is harder to hit, regardless of what you have seen in the movies. If you do get hit, keep moving toward the exit, if you can.
Tip Four: Use cover and concealment. Cover is anything that can possibly stop a bullet. It may be a heavy table or counter. Concealment is anything that hides you, but may not stop a bullet. One incident that I heard about involved a detective who used a newspaper. The gunman, wanting a clear shot kept trying to move around the newspaper, meanwhile the detective was able to draw and shot the assailant through the paper. Concealment buys you time.
Tip Five: Don’t try to gather up your possessions. Leave the purse, the cell phone or coat. Time used collecting these items, is seconds that could mean the difference in getting out alive or not.
The odds of finding yourself in this situation are slim, but having a plan of action is the surest way to avoid being a victim if it does.
